What to expect moving forward:
Our job management protocols will differ based on the type of service provided, Plant Health Care or General Tree Care.
Plant Health Care
Our Plant Health Care team provides your treatment applications for any pest/disease services discussed with your Consulting Arborist. The scheduling of these services is determined by weather, growing degree days, and phenology. Pests do not know what day it is and for that reason we are unable to provide a specific date ahead of time for treatment. You will receive an email/text notification the day prior to the service being routed. Technicians will also provide you with a courtesy call when in route. It is important to note that these services are not scheduled with any pruning or removal services.
General Tree Care
Our General Tree Care team provides our tree and shrub pruning/removal services, cabling/brace rod installations, and installment of lightning protection systems. Once your job is accepted, it is placed on our calendar for scheduling in the general time frame discussed with your consulting arborist. As we approach this target date, our office will reach out to you with a proposed date and time frame to expect the crew. Most scheduling is completed over the phone and by email. At this time, we will update you on any further scheduling details and provide information on what steps take place during the day of work and after the job is completed.
Invoices will be sent out after the jobs have been completed. You are welcome to pay by check or with a credit card once we ensure you are pleased with the work. Payments can be made via mail, through our online customer portal, or over the phone.
