The Arborscapes Family is deeply committed to the safety and well-being of our community. Our goal is stop the spread of COVID 19 and to do our part in keeping the local and national economy moving. We will balance and adjust our efforts as the circumstances change. As the COVID-19 crisis continues to develop, here is what we are doing to protect the public and our staff currently, based on the most recent guidance from the CDC and state government:
Our Consulting Arborists will continue their appointments. Communications will be through phone, email, text in order to maintain social distancing, so please continue to call and refer us to friends and family to have us asses your trees and plants.
Our physical office is operating remotely in order to stay below the 10 person cap for gathering in any spaces. Please be patient with us as we continue to make adjustments and experience delays to standard procedures and communications.
Our crews who are performing work are riding individually and many of them will be arriving to jobs in their personal vehicle. Crew Leaders and Technicians are calling when arriving to the job site and before leaving as opposed to knocking on doors and are also maintaining proper social distancing if the need arises for in person communication.
