Experienced Climber/Arborist
Job Description:

Here at Arborscapes, you will work as part of a crew, handling everything from pruning to removals to cabling/bracing and lightning protection installation. As an experienced Climbing Arborist, you will have also have the opportunity to lead and develop Arborist Assistants and Trainees that are part of your crew.
Requirements Include:
- Minimum of three years climbing experience using ropes
- Basic understanding of tree biology science and the desire to understand and learn more
- Great attitude and the ability to work as a team with a desire to grow and learn
- Must have a clear understanding of and capability in rigging
- Must have a valid VA Driver’s License with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus!)
- Must be able to attain a CDL Learner’s Permit in the first 30 days of employment if you do not already hold one
- Must be professional and able to communicate with clients and other team members in a professional manner
- Must be self-motivated, career oriented, and able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to work M-F 7am until approximately 3-5pm, and Saturdays as needed
